Chef Lui brings a wealth of experience, having held leadership roles as Executive Chef at several Michelin-starred Chinese restaurants and luxury clubs in Hong Kong. His culinary expertise and passion for Cantonese cuisine have earned him recognition in the fine dining world.

Chef Wong Yuk Tsun

Chef Wong Yuk Tsun’s passion for cooking has driven his pursuit of excellence since joining the culinary world. He previously worked with Hong Kong’s Maxim’s Group and has served as Head Chef at a private club since 2019.

He has received multiple accolades, including a Gold Medal at the Chaozhou Cuisine International Competition and a Silver Medal at the Asian Culinary Elite Awards.
